I’m JUST as sad as you are about Sam Hunt. Like, I love him. Like…LOVE him. (it may be unhealthy) so trust me when I tell you we TRIED to get Sam on the make up show, the poor guy had 3 days off this month BUT he promised to come do a show for us…soon. SO. in the mean time get excited for the make up show because the added artists are “The ones to watch for 2015.” Sometimes when artists don’t have huge hits on the radio right this very second you might not have heard of them so let me drop some knowledge on you about how awesome seeing these guys will be BEFORE they blow up and you can’t see them for free anymore, cause TRUST me when I tell you seeing them this way will be once in a lifetime and you will be soooo glad you did.
Let’s start with Old Dominion
This. Song. Worth the 3:26 of your life you spend listening to it. It’s my current song obsession.
One of the most buzzed about new bands in a LONG time, they WILL blow up!
Individually they have written/co written The Band Perry “Better Dig Two” Dierks Bentley “Say you do” Tyler Farr “Guy Walks into a bar” Chris Young “Neon” Craig Morgan “Wake up loving you”(personal fav), plus songs for Kenny Chesney and Luke Bryan. Pretty safe to say the songs they have written for themselves are probably going to also be hits (Break up with Him)
They have toured with Jake Owen, recently Chase Rice and they will join Kenny Chesney for some of his stadium dates this summer. THAT is a HUGE deal.
Michael Ray
Michael Ray gives me the real life heart eyes emoji face…seriously. LOOK. AT. HIM. Watch this!
Also, he’s on tour with Sam Hunt, he’s like the next Sam Hunt when Sam becomes the Justin Timberlake of Country music. (Side Note: he easily has the best hair on a guy I’ve evvvver seen AND those. tats.)
John King
One of my favs! He’s SO GOOD. And like the nicest guy evvvver. Here’s a cool cover of “Take Your Time” he did with this girl group “CIMORELLI”
Here is one of his singles “Tonight, Tonight” and his new single is called “On Your Lips” check it out, its awesome too!
Mo Pitney
He’s the newest of the group and has the traditional country vibe goin’ on. The Huffington Post said this;
“When Mo Pitney took the stage at The Grand Ole Opry last June and performed two songs, “Clean Up On Aisle 5″ and “Country”, the packed audience gave him a standing ovation, something almost completely unheard of for a young artist performing there for the very first time.”
So as you can see he has a long career ahead of him also.
So I hope that takes the sting away from not having Sam Hunt, Montgomery Gentry, and Maddie & Tae on the line up and like I said, they are coming soon to do a free show for you. Click HERE for more info on the BUZ’N Half DUZ’N.
