Say what you want about Taylor Swift…BUT this you can NOT deny. She is a class act and so many can learn from her. You don’t see videos like this from many other artists do you? She took the time to go through her fan’s twitter, learn things about them, took the time to write a personal card, wrap these gifts herself and even went to a fan’s house. The time I met her she mailed me a handwritten letter thanking me for spending time with her, referencing things we talked about that night. This video made me get tears. Something so simple…made these people SO happy.
